I have tried another thread that said to set in the Nvidia Control Panel to have Runelite use non-integrated graphics, but that only works on Laptops, not Desktops. I've checked the usage of my processor and my GPU and both are only really hovering around 30% which means Runelite is definitely not maxxing or utilizing either of them very much. Also as an aside the GPU non-HD mode runs at a steady 50 FPS limit without any issues at all. I've made 100% sure I have the 64 bit client of Runelite installed.
